Product descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are provided in good faith. Because jewellery can include natural stones and handcrafted finishes, small variations may occur. Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Our online catalogue is not operated as a dropshipping store. Products shown as available are managed as Tommy D inventory, but stock is revalidated when an order is placed. We may contact you if an item has become unavailable or requires additional verification before fulfilment.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order remains subject to stock availability, successful payment where applicable, fraud/security checks and acceptance by Tommy D Jewellers. Online payments are processed through the secure payment methods displayed at checkout, including Paystack when enabled.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, an inability to verify payment, or another lawful reason. If payment has already been received and an order cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be arranged.

Bespoke, engraved, resized, personalised and specially sourced pieces may require a consultation, deposit or full payment and an agreed production timeline before work begins. The normal production estimate is approximately 3–6 weeks, but the actual timeline depends on the design, stones, materials and workshop requirements and will be confirmed with you.

Shipping charges, processing times, courier estimates, tracking and high-value delivery arrangements are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed where delays arise outside our reasonable control.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Content on this website, including branding, text, product photography, artwork and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless stated otherwise. You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information purposes and may not misuse, interfere with, scrape for unlawful purposes, copy for commercial exploitation or attempt to compromise the site or its systems.

To the extent permitted by law, Tommy D Jewellers is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. These Terms and transactions through this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
