We deliver throughout South Africa using tracked courier services, primarily The Courier Guy where available. International requests can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

In-stock pieces normally dispatch within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Courier transit is typically 1–3 business days to major centres and 3–5 business days to regional or outlying areas. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are normally completed within 3–6 weeks, with a specific estimate confirmed before production.

Standard in-stock pieces can generally be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, unaltered and in their original packaging. Bespoke, personalised and hygiene-sensitive items may have different change-of-mind terms. Statutory rights for defective or unsafe goods remain unaffected.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we normally initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.
